A structured youth programme delivered by BeOne Mindset CIC, combining mindset development, emotional regulation, and controlled physical challenge to help young people stay in control when things get hard.
Young people today face pressures that can easily knock their confidence or leave them feeling stuck. Our youth programmes create a safe, supportive space where they can build the skills that help them thrive in school, in relationships and in their future careers.
We focus on developing:

Through honest conversations, relatable facilitators and practical activities, we help young people understand themselves better and take small steps that lead to big change.
Our goal is simple: to help every young person feel capable, valued and ready for what comes next.

Ben Eastwood is the founder of BeOne and has over 10 years of experience working with young people through personal development, wellbeing, fitness and experiential-based coaching people through purposeful challenge.
He has supported a wide range of young people on both a 1:1 and group basis, including those signposted following involvement with CAMHS and other NHS or support services, young people experiencing behavioural and emotional challenges, neurodivergent young people, and those struggling with confidence, direction or emotional regulation.
Alongside this, Ben has also worked with junior athletes from amateur through to professional and champion level, supporting mindset, confidence, emotional control and resilience through his unique combination of lived experience, coaching experience and continued professional study.
His delivery combines emotional wellbeing, practical coping strategies, movement-based activities and experiential learning to create safe, relatable and engaging environments for young people who may struggle to connect with traditional support services.
Ben holds qualifications in psychology, coaching and breathwork methodologies, with all BeOne youth delivery operating with safeguarding procedures, DBS checks, insurance and risk assessments in place alongside partnership working and referral pathways where appropriate, control when things get hard.

"It was really easy for me to see how the breath work and cold water training can directly improve athletes’ performance on the mat. It’s also clear to see Ben is genuinely passionate about his work, which was great."
Jordan (Coach)

"Ben was really supportive of the athletes. Even though they were younger than his usual clients, he took them seriously and went above and beyond to provide extra guidance. He made a high-pressure environment feel safe and empowering. The kids left the session feeling so capable; it was a great experience for them and they came away knowing that they can do hard things!"
