At BeOne Mindset CIC, we believe every adult and young person has the right to feel safe, respected and supported. Whether someone joins us for personal development, coaching, workshops or community programmes, their wellbeing is at the centre of everything we do.

Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility. We are committed to creating an environment where people can grow, learn and make positive change without fear of harm, abuse or exploitation

We will:

• Protect adults and young people from harm, abuse, neglect and exploitation
• Listen to concerns and take them seriously
• Act quickly when someone is at risk
• Create safe spaces for learning, reflection and personal development
• Work transparently with families, partners and professionals when needed
• Respect confidentiality, sharing information only when it is necessary to keep someone safe
• Follow clear safeguarding procedures aligned with UK legislation and best practice

 BeOne Mindset supports:

• Adults seeking personal development
• Young people (typically 14+) who are committed to positive change
• Individuals facing challenges with confidence, wellbeing, mindset or direction

We recognise that some participants may be more vulnerable than others. Our team is trained to identify risks, respond appropriately and ensure everyone receives the right level of support.

To maintain a safe environment, we ensure:

• All staff, facilitators and volunteers are DBS checked
• Safeguarding training is completed and refreshed regularly
• Clear reporting procedures are in place for any concerns
• Sessions are delivered in safe, appropriate settings
• Risk assessments are carried out for programmes and activities
• We work in line with UK safeguarding legislation and local guidance
